Email hello@catchly.com.au with the subject Data Deletion Request, and tell us:
Call recordings and transcripts, chat transcripts, your row in that business's customer record, and the channel identifier we held for you.
We complete deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.
You can also remove this app's authorisation in your Instagram settings, after which we receive nothing further from you. Records already stored still need a deletion request as above.
