Terms
We provide an AI voice assistant ("Amy") that answers inbound phone calls for your business, takes messages, books appointments in Google Calendar, and sends follow-up SMS. You tell us how Amy should handle your calls during setup.
The first 14 days are a no-questions trial: leave within 14 days and you pay nothing. After that you may cancel with 30 days' notice, and the final month runs to the end of the notice period. We may suspend the Service for non-payment after written notice.
You decide whether calls are recorded. Recording law differs between Australian states and you are responsible for the legal position in yours, including the wording of the spoken notice callers hear. We configure it on your instructions and do not give legal advice. How we handle the resulting data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Amy is an AI assistant. She identifies as one whenever a caller asks. She is not a person, does not give professional advice on your behalf, and does not take payment or card details. You are responsible for reviewing the bookings and messages she captures.
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to send unsolicited marketing in breach of the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), to impersonate another business, or in a way that misleads callers about who they are dealing with.
We aim to keep the Service running continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Upstream telephony and AI providers can fail. Where the Service is unavailable for a sustained period, contact us and we will credit the affected days.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the change.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
