Cleaning Services

Recurring work is won on the first call.

A one-off end-of-lease is worth a day. A weekly regular is worth a year. Both start with the same phone call, and both go to whoever answers it while you're on the tools.

The demo line is Amy. Ring it, talk to her like a customer would, and see what lands on your phone afterwards.

01 — What it costs you now

A missed call isn't nothing. It's a negative.

You're cleaning when they're calling

The whole working day is spent somewhere you can't take a call — someone else's house, with a vacuum running. The enquiries stack up and go cold.

Quoting blind wastes the visit

"Three bedrooms" means nothing without bathrooms, pets, oven, windows and whether it's a bond clean. Without those you either under-quote or drive out to find out.

One-offs stay one-offs

Nobody asks the question that turns a bond clean into a fortnightly regular, because nobody is on the phone to ask it.

02 — How it works

Live in three business days.

No hardware, no new number to learn, no rewiring your office. We build her on your business, you approve, we point the calls.

We learn your business

A single call. Your services, your prices, what a caller usually asks, what you never want promised. We write it into her.

You listen and correct

You ring her and try to break her. Anything that sounds wrong, we change — before a customer ever hears it.

You point the calls

Divert your existing number to her, or divert only the ones you miss. Your number stays yours. Turn it off any time.

03 — What she gets out of the caller

She doesn't take a message. She takes the job.

A voicemail gives you a name and a number. Amy asks the questions you'd ask, so you're calling back to confirm — not to start.

  • Type of clean — regular, one-off, end-of-lease, or post-build
  • Bedrooms and bathrooms, and roughly how big
  • Extras — oven, windows, carpets, blinds, balcony
  • Pets, and whether they'll be home
  • Access — key, lockbox, gate code, someone home
  • Frequency — the question that turns one job into fifty

04 — How it sounds

One real call, start to finish.

Caller

Hi, after a quote for an end-of-lease clean.

Amy

Sure. How many bedrooms and bathrooms, and is there carpet through it?

Caller

Two bed, one bath, carpet in the bedrooms.

Amy

And does your agent want the oven and windows done as part of the bond?

Caller

Yeah, they've got a list.

Amy

Perfect, send that through and I'll get it to Sam. One more thing — are you moving locally? We do a fortnightly rate that's a fair bit less than a one-off if the new place needs it.

Not a script we wrote for this page — this is the shape of a real call on the demo line. Ring it and it will go much the same way.

05 — Price

Same price, whatever the trade.

All-in, GST included, no setup fee for the founding ten. First two weeks are a no-questions trial — leave inside fourteen days and you pay nothing.

A$199/mo · GST-in · from

Starter A$199/mo — Amy answering 24/7, SMS summary, Google Calendar booking, 200 inbound minutes. Complete A$299/mo — adds emergency escalation, SMS follow-up, recordings and transcripts, a weekly report, 500 minutes. Overage A$0.50/min, flagged before you reach it.

06 — Questions

The things owners actually ask.

Can she quote a price on the call?

She can read out your own rates for the standard combinations — a two-by-one regular, say — if you give us the rate card. For bond cleans and anything unusual she captures and books, because a firm price sight-unseen on a bond clean is how you end up working for free.

Does she chase the recurring booking?

She asks the question, every time, in a way you approve of. That's the single highest-value thing on this page and it's the one thing a voicemail can never do.

What about my existing regulars — will she confuse them?

She's for inbound enquiries. Existing clients rescheduling can go through her too, and she'll move the booking in your calendar, but she isn't managing your run sheet.

I have cleaners on the road. Can she reach them?

She can escalate to a nominated mobile on Complete — usually yours, not the cleaner's. Most operators would rather she text them than interrupt a crew mid-job.

Do you take bookings for jobs I can't do?

No. She works from your actual availability in your calendar, and from the areas and job types you've told us you cover. She won't book you into a suburb you don't service.

How much of my day does setting this up take?

One call to tell us how you work, and however long you spend ringing her afterwards to pick holes in it. Live in three business days.

Ring her first. Decide after.
