Removalists

Every missed removals call is someone else's truck.

Moving enquiries do not wait. Someone ringing about a Saturday move has three removalists open in three tabs, and the one who picks up gets the job. Amy picks up — at 6am, on a Sunday, while you're carrying a fridge down a stairwell.

The demo line is Amy. Ring it, talk to her like a customer would, and see what lands on your phone afterwards.

01 — What it costs you now

A missed call isn't nothing. It's a negative.

You cannot answer with a couch in your hands

The hours you're most likely to be on the tools are the hours people ring to book a move. The call goes to voicemail, and movers are the trade people are least likely to leave one for.

Quotes go stale in an afternoon

By the time you're off the truck and back to the missed calls, the caller has been quoted twice by someone who answered. Speed is most of the sale in removals.

Half the enquiries were never worth the callback

Interstate one-item moves, a piano up three flights, dates you're already booked out. You still burn the evening ringing them back to find that out.

02 — How it works

Live in three business days.

No hardware, no new number to learn, no rewiring your office. We build her on your business, you approve, we point the calls.

We learn your business

A single call. Your services, your prices, what a caller usually asks, what you never want promised. We write it into her.

You listen and correct

You ring her and try to break her. Anything that sounds wrong, we change — before a customer ever hears it.

You point the calls

Divert your existing number to her, or divert only the ones you miss. Your number stays yours. Turn it off any time.

03 — What she gets out of the caller

She doesn't take a message. She takes the job.

A voicemail gives you a name and a number. Amy asks the questions you'd ask, so you're calling back to confirm — not to start.

  • Move date and whether it's flexible
  • Size — bedrooms, or the rough item list
  • Both postcodes, pickup and delivery
  • Access — stairs, lift, truck parking, long carry
  • Tricky items — piano, pool table, safe, fish tank
  • Best number, confirmed back to them

04 — How it sounds

One real call, start to finish.

Caller

Hi, after a quote for a move on the 14th.

Amy

Happy to help. Is that a house or a unit, and how many bedrooms?

Caller

Three-bedroom house, Chermside to Carindale.

Amy

Got it. Any stairs at either end, and is there anything heavy like a piano or a pool table?

Caller

Stairs at the new place. No piano.

Amy

Perfect. I've got the 14th free — I'll book Dan in to call you at 9am tomorrow with the number, and text you a summary now. Best mobile for that?

Not a script we wrote for this page — this is the shape of a real call on the demo line. Ring it and it will go much the same way.

05 — Price

Same price, whatever the trade.

All-in, GST included, no setup fee for the founding ten. First two weeks are a no-questions trial — leave inside fourteen days and you pay nothing.

A$199/mo · GST-in · from

Starter A$199/mo — Amy answering 24/7, SMS summary, Google Calendar booking, 200 inbound minutes. Complete A$299/mo — adds emergency escalation, SMS follow-up, recordings and transcripts, a weekly report, 500 minutes. Overage A$0.50/min, flagged before you reach it.

06 — Questions

The things owners actually ask.

Can she actually quote a move, or just take details?

She takes the details and books the quote call. We can also have her read out a banded estimate from your own rate card if you want one — but a firm price on a move you have not sighted is how removalists lose money, so by default she captures and books.

What happens if someone rings at 2am?

She answers. Same voice, same questions. You get the SMS summary when you wake up, and the caller has a booked slot instead of a competitor's number.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. You divert your existing number to her — either all of it, or only the calls you don't pick up within a few rings. The number stays yours and you can undo the divert yourself in a minute.

Will customers know it's not a person?

If they ask, she tells them she's an AI assistant. We don't pretend otherwise. In practice most callers care that someone competent answered, not who.

What if she gets something wrong on a call?

Every call is recorded and transcribed, so you can hear exactly what was said. Anything she got wrong we correct in her training that day — she doesn't repeat it.

Does she work outside Brisbane?

Yes. She's built in Brisbane but she answers a number, not a suburb — we run removalists anywhere in Australia. Everything is quoted and billed in AUD with GST included.

Ring her first. Decide after.
