The busiest chair is the quietest phone
Saturday morning is when the salon is full and when the phone rings most. Every one of those calls goes unanswered by the person best placed to book them.
Salons & Beauty
You cannot stop mid-colour to answer, and the person ringing wants a chair this week. Amy knows your menu, knows which stylist does what, and puts callers into the gaps you'd rather not have.
The demo line is Amy. Ring it, talk to her like a customer would, and see what lands on your phone afterwards.
01 — What it costs you now
Saturday morning is when the salon is full and when the phone rings most. Every one of those calls goes unanswered by the person best placed to book them.
A cancellation at 11 is only worth something if someone fills it by 1. Nobody at the basin is going to make that happen.
The questions that decide whether someone books are service questions, and voicemail answers none of them. They ring the next salon on the list instead.
02 — How it works
No hardware, no new number to learn, no rewiring your office. We build her on your business, you approve, we point the calls.
A single call. Your services, your prices, what a caller usually asks, what you never want promised. We write it into her.
You ring her and try to break her. Anything that sounds wrong, we change — before a customer ever hears it.
Divert your existing number to her, or divert only the ones you miss. Your number stays yours. Turn it off any time.
03 — What she gets out of the caller
A voicemail gives you a name and a number. Amy asks the questions you'd ask, so you're calling back to confirm — not to start.
04 — How it sounds
Caller
Hi, do you do balayage? I've got box dye in from ages ago.Amy
We do, and thanks for mentioning the box dye — that changes how long we allow. Is your hair currently dark?Caller
Dark brown, yeah.Amy
Then Mel would be the one — she does the corrective work. She'll want three and a half hours. I've got Wednesday at 10, or Saturday at 8:30 if you'd rather the weekend.Caller
Saturday, please.Amy
Booked. I'll text you the confirmation now, and Mel may ring beforehand if she wants a photo first. Not a script we wrote for this page — this is the shape of a real call on the demo line. Ring it and it will go much the same way.
05 — Price
All-in, GST included, no setup fee for the founding ten. First two weeks are a no-questions trial — leave inside fourteen days and you pay nothing.
06 — Questions
Yes — we write them in during setup, in your words. If you rename a service or change a price you tell us and she's updated, usually same day.
That's most of the value. She asks the questions that determine length — previous colour, extensions, how much hair there is — so a three-hour job isn't sitting in a one-hour slot.
On Complete she sends the confirmation and a reminder by SMS, and every message carries a STOP opt-out. Reminders don't eliminate no-shows but they move the number.
Not today. She can tell the caller your deposit policy and that you'll send a link, but Catchly doesn't take card details on a call — we don't handle payment information, deliberately.
The comparison isn't Amy versus you — it's Amy versus a phone that rang out. If they ask, she says she's an AI assistant, and she hands anything she can't handle to you.
Yes. The divert is yours. Some salons run her only after hours and on Saturdays, which is the cheapest way to use her.
The demo line is Amy. Ring it, talk to her like a customer would, and see what lands on your phone afterwards.
