Every call comes while you're on the tools
That's the job. You're under a house or on a roof from 7 to 4, which is exactly when people ring, and you return them in the evening when half have already booked someone else.
Tradies & Builders
The whole trade runs on the phone and none of it can be answered while you're working. Amy answers every one, works out which are urgent, and only puts your phone in your pocket for the ones that are.
The demo line is Amy. Ring it, talk to her like a customer would, and see what lands on your phone afterwards.
01 — What it costs you now
That's the job. You're under a house or on a roof from 7 to 4, which is exactly when people ring, and you return them in the evening when half have already booked someone else.
A blocked main and a "just getting a few prices" look identical in a missed-call list. You either ring everyone back or you miss the one that mattered.
Driving to a job that was never going to happen costs you a chargeable hour plus fuel. Most of that is knowable on the phone, if anyone answers it.
02 — How it works
No hardware, no new number to learn, no rewiring your office. We build her on your business, you approve, we point the calls.
A single call. Your services, your prices, what a caller usually asks, what you never want promised. We write it into her.
You ring her and try to break her. Anything that sounds wrong, we change — before a customer ever hears it.
Divert your existing number to her, or divert only the ones you miss. Your number stays yours. Turn it off any time.
03 — What she gets out of the caller
A voicemail gives you a name and a number. Amy asks the questions you'd ask, so you're calling back to confirm — not to start.
04 — How it sounds
Caller
Mate, I've got water coming out from under the sink.Amy
Right — is it running now, or has it stopped? And do you know where your water main tap is?Caller
Still going. Tap's out front I think.Amy
Turn that off first, it'll stop the damage. What's the address?Caller
14 Grange Road, Wilston.Amy
Got it. This one's urgent so I'm putting it through to Steve now — stay on the line. I'm texting him the address either way.Not a script we wrote for this page — this is the shape of a real call on the demo line. Ring it and it will go much the same way.
05 — Price
All-in, GST included, no setup fee for the founding ten. First two weeks are a no-questions trial — leave inside fourteen days and you pay nothing.
06 — Questions
You tell us during setup, in your words — the exact situations you'll drop everything for and the ones that wait until Monday. She matches against that list, not against her own judgement.
On Complete, yes — she rings your on-call mobile and puts the caller through, and you get the details by SMS whether or not you pick up. On Starter she captures and texts you immediately, but doesn't transfer.
She can sort them, not screen them out — that call is yours. What you get is a list where the urgent ones are marked and everything else has enough detail that you can decide in five seconds instead of five minutes.
Sole traders are most of who this is for. One job a month that you'd otherwise have missed covers it, and the maths on that is yours to check, not ours to claim.
It falls back to capture — she takes the details, tells the caller when you'll ring, and texts you. Nothing gets dropped because you didn't answer.
No. It's a divert on the number you already give customers. Nothing to install, nothing new to carry.
The demo line is Amy. Ring it, talk to her like a customer would, and see what lands on your phone afterwards.
